Our charming abode, built in the 1980s, came with its fair share of quirks—especially in the plumbing department. Some pipes meandered beneath the house, while others ventured into uncharted territories. To ensure reliability and modern standards, we've opted for a complete plumbing overhaul. The new system runs through the roof, much like updating the wiring, providing a safer and more efficient setup.

Making Way for Light: Steel Beam Installation

Today marks the arrival of a crucial component: the steel beam. This engineered marvel will support our vision of expansive bifold doors that open in both directions. The plan involves integrating the steel beam into a sturdy steel post, replacing the existing support structures. The team has propped up the area in preparation, ensuring a seamless transition.
